Rudrapur sits at the foot of the Kumaon hills, about 250 km from Delhi. Whichever way you come, tell us your arrival time and we will send someone.
The closest airport — roughly a 30-minute drive to the venue. Flights run via Delhi and Dehradun. Delhi (DEL) is the reliable fallback, then train or car.
Lalkuan and Kathgodam are the bigger junctions nearby if you cannot find a seat. Overnight trains from Delhi and Lucknow get you in by morning.
NH-9 via Moradabad and Rampur, then on to Rudrapur. An easy drive, and the best one if you are coming as a group.
